LOL- Lockness, Gorgot, Big Dave, Big Red and what ever else you were called....  Same here with me, so many nicknames, can't even remember them all...
I buzz by from time to time also just to see if anyone is showing up....  All the fun we once had was absolutely great...  Maybe one day as we all retire and have NOTHING to do we can resume the folk-lore.....

Later

Wize Mize.....

Hey folks! Just decided to check here to see what....if anything....had been going on here. Wow......I remember how much fun we all had here back when this place was really going strong. When FaceBook took hold, it did a number on this site, and that's a shame. Since Randy's been keeping this site going, would be great if it were to pick up traffic again, and become "the place" again for people to connect and just basically have fun and fellowship via computer, tablet, phone, etc.

I hope you're all doing well, and hope to see you here again someday.

Hey Pam, just when I feel that no one (including myself) is ever coming here to check it out someone pops in and has a comment....  You see how long it takes me to come in too....LOL
Yes, Sharon and I know what you're going through, her mother has been living with us now about three years and it is hard but well worth it to keep her out of a nursing home....  I still work some, delivering local veggies and fruits from a farm in Tenn....  Work, take care of mom and enjoy the time we have, that is life as we know it....  Hope all is well with you and yours....

Hey old friends!  Hope everybody is doing great!  I never knew life could speed up so fast and get so complicated! Thought I would have more time after retiring in 2008...but still working for Dr. Doug and Discovering Alabama plus taking care of Mom!  She is good right now but it has been a long 2 years!  My husbamd, Gary is still working at UA but in the Honors College. We are trying to fix up my grandpa's old Cottondale house to either rent or sell.  We sold mom's Midfield house.  One of these days we need to work on our own house! It just takes longer to do things anymore with TONS of traffic and road work in T-town and, of course, getting older! =D Yall take care and as always...ROLL TIDE FOREVER!  Cheers!

This from Dean, thought I would post it here too since not everyone is on facebook....  Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers....  Sorry I have not been her in a while, my plate has been kinda full....  No Excuses!

Update on
Cindy Allinder Coe. The doctor came in and told her that the infection was more than likely in the bone and she will probably lose more of her leg above the knee and he wants her to go to rehab so she can learn how to get up and down on her right leg. She is very upset. I know that some of her friends are not on FB so if you know someone please pass this on to them. Thanks.
