I was just listening to the St. Elmo's soundtrack and was thinking back to Winter Guard and my senior year. I think I still have the dress with those pearls.

LOL! Those are good! The winterguard costumes from after I left look exactly like the ones I had sketched once! I really like them. I hate that I only got to be in it one year, but watching Jennifer for 2 years was close enough.

Oh My Goodness!!!! I just saw my picture. How I wish I could get my hair that high again. My daughter just saw the picture and she said Momma, that doesnt look like you. You have crazy hair. That picture brings back the memories of all the fun we had.

I will never forget one afternoon practice and (forgive me) I don't remember the girls' name. B, you told her to run and get her flags because she was late. She started slowly walking from the field to the guard room. Well that wasn't going to be the way it would go down, you took her hand and dragged her up there to get her stuff. I still think of that and absoloutely die laughing. Of course, the best memory I have is you gave us a pin that said "Attitude." I still have that pin in my jewelry box. My attitude now is MUCH different than what it was in H.S. but I still keep it as a reminder of the confidence you gave us to cop an attitude and be the best!

You all are so sweet....I was the devil on earth....my colorguard kids now think I'm the devil too! hehehe...anyone remember that lunchbreak during the winter camp for the 97 winterguard show and Keela threw that slushy on the chinese lady in the mall because she wouldn't give her more peach flavor in her slushy??? Good times. Where is Keela?

I was on the guard from 94-97 and I was also on the winterguard in 97.;} We won! I don't know where to start.....from summer band camps to those long winterguard practices on Saturday. All of them are now great memories and plenty of them are hillarious... lol From Phillip throwing his fits and many of us giving him attitude (not the kind he wanted) , we learned so much from him.WOW, Thanks Phillip! Some of my friends and I are still laughing these days! If you can't remember funny times on the guard and were there when I was, just talk to Leslie Banks-she remembers them all!

I believe that I began to blossom from my "Berryhill Years." I was so painfully shy and colorguard w/Mr. B gave me the confidence to express myself. I love you B, and will never forget you.
