Shakey's Pizza

The biggest hang out for Midfield students in my day (class of '81). Also a favorite spot to skip school during lunch :D

Have very vivid memories there!  Carved my name in the tables and my brother Tim worked there briefly as well.

Loved it!!

I think that Shakey's parking lot is where Tim and Traci McArdle met. They have three boys now.

Yep, Mark and Susan. The fun. I think we all had our first drinks there; we just had ours after hours. That's when the REAL party began :D :>

I know...I miss the old days. Many "first" kisses there :> :) Then again, I had front-row seats since I worked there. :)

I just tried to grab you on that messenger. What's up with that thing? I'm a no-job-havin'-ass-working-from-homer so I feel ya. :> At least you have plans for today. Mine are to stay in my pajamas for as long as possible, or until FedEx shows up. Heh.

Well, hey, by this evening, I will be visiting my mom and my brother, eating some good seafood, and taking some pictures on the awesome Fairhope city pier. Wit my no-job-havin ass.

Sounds like a plan. I will plan to wear body armor.

Actually toyed with the idea of riding the bike out to Midfield today just to take a few photos, but then decided to get in the car and go to Fairhope later on, so instead of riding, I am doing laundry. So it goes.
