I work at a Conv. Store in Wilsonville, AL. running the entire store for my step-mom, as my father passed away in July, 2010.
I previsously lived in Roebuck, AL for approx. 18 years. I have been in Shelby County now since 1996. Lived In Wilsonville on my Dad's farm, but he sold farm, and we bought a house in Columbiana. Been in Columbiana now for 8 years.
I like to go to Casinos, love working out in my yard, & of course shopping..
Everything is Great !!!!!
Always Live for the Moment, and give someone a Smile everyday, they just might need it.... :-)

Life is Good!!!!!!!
Love >>> Alternative Music... some Country.
Maroon5 is probably one of my favorite bands.
I now listen to 103.7 and 99.5. I seem to like rock better than country now, as country music is kind of depressing to listen to. Always a sad story song.

Hey Bec, just had to tell you something funny. Philip found an old projector at the thrift store and got it to see if he could look at my Dad's old movies he had taken when we were all little because Daddy's projector did not work any longer anyway Phillip got this thrift store projector up and running and the movies are too funny. We are running all around playing with kittens some of the movies we are at the beach there is one when Kristi turned one. I know you would love them they are hysterical. Gotta run it is really late, Cindy
Hey Girl, I am so glad your Dad is doing better. Since Christmas I have had a difficult time health wise too. Been in the hospital twice in January I spent 7 days in intensive care got out of the hospital went back in after being out almost two weeks with the same old vomiting stuff I get. I have a condition called gastric paresis where my stomach literally freezes and it won't empty hopefully now they have me on the right medicine and it won't happen as often as it has been. I know Dean and I keep talking about coming to see you but the week-end rolls around and I don't know what we do with the time. I am not gonna be going back to work I am gonna be going on disability.Hope to see you soon, Love you much Cindy
Did your mom live in 5 points west?Have all my pictures on facebook at the moment, look me up there if you have a facebook account. Life has been very interesting for me but now I just run a few restaruants in Atlanta. How have you been?
Hey hope everything your way is good. Mom and Dad and Marsha came over today to watch the Akabama game and now I am pooped. I am without my prosthesis this week-end because they are getting my new leg ready and I had to turn my test leg in. Monday morning I am supposed to get my prosthesis and I am so excited. I have been back at work for a week and things are going well. I am going to sew for a little while so I will talk to you later.
Hey Bec, I have been looking at all the new pictures you added to your page and they are so good. I am guessing that the three little ones are Jason's children, they are all too cute. The picture of you with your Dad and Kristi and Vicki is also very good. I am glad your Dad looked better I know that made you feel better. I tell you it is tough watching our parents get older. Please keep me posted on how things are going with your Dad. How is Martha doing?
Does Vicki and Jason and his family still live in Georgia?
I am suspposed to go back to work on Monday the 14th but I do not have my permanent leg yet so I am not sure what the rest of the week holds for me. I am fixing to go call the prosthesis place and see what is going on with my leg. I will be so glad to get my prosthesis and get on with living I feel like I have been suspended in time since I have not had my leg. Even though right now I have a "test" leg I can only wear it a limited time through out the day and I am ready to get up and get busy. I have been doing some sewing but mostly just sitting on the couch or sitting in the wheelchair.
It is so good to hear from you and I will be coming for a visit soon.
Love to all Cindy
Sure I remember you. I haven't talked to you or Anna for many years. I have been a little under the weather lately. I'm on a break from chemo until the 24th of September. My wife Kathy keeps a blog for everyone to keep up with whats going on with me its howsmike205.blogspot.com .
Thanks for your thoughts and prayers, you will be in mine as well.
Morning Bec, so good to hear from you. I have had another bought with my leg it started at the end of June I got sick and ended up in intensive care again and they decided that since I had a little sore on the bottom of my stump that they would do a little clean up surgery on the wound well it ended up being what is called a revision surgery they took and an inch and 1/2 of bone off so totally changed everything had to get a new prosthesis built and it is not ready yet because my incision would not heal it finally has been has taken a long time, I do have a "test" leg right now and will hopefully have my permanent leg within the next week. This has been a long recovery and being without my prosthesis for many weeks has been exhausting but I have been able to do things in my wheelchair that I never thought I would be able to do.
So sorry to hear about your Dad that is so sad. I remember when we were very young and your Dad had a convertible and he would take us for rides I thought that was just the best thing ever. We are lucky to have good childhood memories.
Dean and I did drive through Columbiana the other day I just needed to get out of the house for a little while so we took a drive and ended up in Columbiana and we wondered where your house was. I told Dean as soon as I get my prosthesis and I want to come visit with Becky.
Mom and Dad are doing OK they both have some continuous heatlh problems Moms is her knees and Daddy's seems to be his back side for a long time now he has had a sore on his bottom that just won't heal and I believe it is because he sits in the recliner 24/7 but he has been going to the wound care clinic and things have improved greatly. They still do all their own shopping and they go to church every Sunday that they feel like it and that is most Sundays. Marsha is doing good and Emily and Nathaniel live in Peach Tree City GA and they are doing well. We went to visit them back in May and they have a very nice apartment and Emily has been on Weight Watchers and she is a tiny little thing. She has two dogs that she is crazy about and they keep her pretty busy.
So Sweet Cousin as soon as I get my prosthesis expect a visit I will call you first. Oh yeah 'Roll Tide!!
