I graduated from MHS in 1975. Went to the University of Montevallo where I met my husband. We have been married for 30 years. I have three children, Joel, Drew and Katie. My son Joel is married to Ashley and they have a beautiful little girl named Avery. Joel graduated from UNA where he played football. Drew graduated from the University of Montevallo, played baseball there, taught two years at St. Rose Academy and coached at John Carroll High School. He has gone back to graduate school full time at Jacksonville State University and is coaching at Oxford High School. Katie graduated from JSU with a degree in Dietetics in August, '09. I graduated from UAB with a degree in Early Childhood Education and went back to the University of Montevallo and got my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. I also have my administrative certification and was an Asst. Principal for several years. I have gone back to the classroom, to my kindergarteners, which is where my heart is.
Avery welcomed a little brother, Eli Tanner Williamson, on February 24th weighing 8 lbs. 9 ozs. He is just precious and his sister is crazy about him.

So nice to hear from you. Jennifer is doing very well and living in Houston. She actually will be passing through here with her daughter, Graham, this coming week. Hope things are going well for you - life is pretty fantastic. Maybe there will be a chance to catch up in the near future.
Yes, that was him pitching the first game! Hate we didn't see you either. He'll be rooming with and on the Crimson Tide team with Trey pilkington. That was a story in itself, them pitching against each other. I'm sure I saw your son, just didn't know he was your son! Wow, what a small world.... Great game wasn't it (except for the outcome...)?
Congratulations on the new grandbaby! Both you your grands are just beautiful. One of these days, I might have one or two. My twins are 19 and they are the babies, so I can wait for them to have little ones. Maybe the oldest will have a child in a couple of years.
Your grandchildren are beautiful! I hope to have some in the near future. My daughter graduates from grad school in May and she says she is ready for children now. Yea! I don,t know if you remember me I was a year ahead of you in school. You have a beautiful family.
Hey Carol, completely understand and congrats on the grandybaby. I will keep you posted on any future events I think we are gonna try for once a month so I'm sure you will be able to make one of them. Again Congrats that is great news. Cindy
