Profile Information

Current Hometown:
Atlanta, GA
About Me:
I've been in the mortgage industry for way too long; stayed in even after going back to school and getting my BS in Mathematics (on so many levels, what was I thinking?). Politically, I did the opposite of what one normally does with age; from a conservative Republican in my 20's to a liberal Democrat now. I've been joyously married for almost 20 years; no kids, but 3 lovely kitties. We love cooking, reading and music.
Favorite Music:
David Bowie (still), Muse, Ultra-Lounge, Afro-Cuban, Chicha.
Favorite TV Shows:
Anything on DiscoveryID (except Call 911), Arrested Development (RIP), What Not To Wear (guilty pleasure).
I'm so sorry I missed the ladies excursion to ATL. Would have loved to see you all again. Things have just been too crazy lately. The company I had been with for 8 years closed early Feb. I got another job immediately, but that turned out to be a bad idea. I then went with a new company that had hired a lot of people from my old company, and spent the first week of June in Madison, WI, for training. I'm working from home, had network issues, etc., then in the middle of all that got struck by lightning! Last Monday, a 100-year old oak tree right by our deck got hit. The tree exploded! There were boulder-sized chunks of wood in our driveway and the street. Thank God those flew over the garage rather than through the house.

Since we're in insurance claim and repair hell right now, I don't know when I'm visiting B'ham again, but it would be great to get together with you when I do.

FYI - Paul McCartney is doing a benefit at Piedmont Park 8/15. If anybody wants to come over, that may be a good time to get together.

Remember going to Tri Hi Y youth legislator convention in Montgomery? I believe you ran for an office and did a great job getting a bill passed. Strange you mentioned politics in your profile. I figured you would be a politician or lawyer. Those were some great time.!

Hey Frankie, I often wondered what happened to you as I remembered you growing up as kids just up the street from my mom and I. This site has been fun learning about what happened to everyone. Good to hear from you and I appreciate your response. Terry

Hey Frankie! Glad to see you joined the site. You may not remember me but I was Gary Tucker's older sister. Gary died in 2006 of a heart attack. He would have loved reconnecteing with everyone on this site! Hope you enjoy it!
