Hey Lee--great to hear from you. I am doing well and living in the northern area of town. My kids go to Hayden schools and my daughter just made the colorguard (14 years old). We have a son too, 9 years old. I am married and work at UAB. I graduated from UAB with a bachelor's in Biology after high school and went on to get my PhD. I used that to do scientific research for quite a few years. I am now in research administration at the Center for AIDS Research. I love it there. How are you and what are you doing?
It comes in waves, there are quite a few that actually come every day but don't post much. There has been renewed groups on facebook that hold short term interest. I can post something and will actually get a response. Bruce Sims is a great example, hasn't posted anything but as soon as I left him a Happy Birthday wish, boom, got a reply right back. It is funny how it dies off but we keep her going and wait for the active times to jump in. Probably more activity as Football season gets wound up, there are a numbe here that refuse to facebook....
How have you been???? Ready for football season??? Winter, not me on winter, cooler temps yes but not the winter like we had last year, wow, cold, snow, etc....
Take Care, good to see your visit here, brief as it may be....

After MHS, I went to Samford and majored in Religion. Then I went to graduate school at Southern Seminary and the University of Kentucky. Eventually I earned 2 master's degrees and a Ph.D. Now I work for the public library in Louisville, Kentucky as the I.T. manager. I've been in Louisville since 1986.
I believe in personal liberty, social and economic justice, and government staying out of people's personal lives. So of course I'm a Democrat.
Classical, Jazz, Folk--pretty much everything. I've been a musician since 3rd grade and I can appreciate anything that involves musical talent.
