well where do i begin, let's see, i moved to niagara falls, ny on aug. 2nd 1988 and got a job at the local grocery store working midnights stocking shelves. did that until dec, 1988 and started college at niagara university in jan. 1989. i was approached by coaches in feb., '89 to play baseball for the university and tried out, not having any intention to play baseball. well, i made the team and was off to what i thought was a career in baseball. no such luck, by the end of my soph. year in '90, my scholorship ran out and i didn't have enough money to pay for tuition, so i went to work for modern disposal as a garbage man. it paid well and i thought it would only take a year to save up the money for school. again, no such luck, i worked as a garbage man until 1998. i was married on july 8th, 1995 to carmella needham. and on jan, 2nd, 1997, i came home to a note. it read, "by the time you read this, i'll be gone". shocking because i didn't know we were having problems. anywho, we were divorced in the summer of 1997. i won the divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman behavior and could have received alimony, but i just wanted out. i took a voluntary lay off from modern in feb. '98 and met tara fanning. she was my buddy's wife's sister. i had already known her for a while through my buddy. we started dating in feb. 1998. she already had 2 kids from 2 different relationships, but i didn't care. as my unemployment ran out. i got a job at pine pharmacy in sept. 1999 as a drug dealer, a legal one, lol. i got married for the 2nd time on oct. 14th, 2000. we were just recently divorced in aug. 2007, but are still in contact with each other, "friends", i guess you could say. in march, 2007, the owner of the pharmacy i worked at sold it to the medicine shoppe and i work for them now. same place, same bosses, different owners. and that brings us up to now. i live with a girl i work with, her name is suzie page and i'm ok. we live about 2 blocks away from the falls. i am an accomplished texas hold'em poker player, winning several local tournaments, but i'm what they call a "cash" game specialist. i live 2 blocks away from seneca niagara casino and play in their poker room and online at pokerstars.com . i have an extensive collection of nascar diecast cars, mostly jeff gordon and dale earnhardt sr.; oakley sunglasses; and nike air jordan sneakers ( about 100 pair, yikes!). and that's my life in a paragraph. it's been a long time for sure. my folks and sister still live in alabama. i am coming home sometime in october for the race at talledega. i can't wait. i was gonna come home for my 20 year high school class reunion, double yikes, lol, but decided to make it oct., dega baby!!!!! i was home last year in may for my niece's high school graduation (my sister's daughter, she has a son too!!!). i sure am getting old. i'll be 38 aug. 18th. oh, i have long hair too. lol. i am growing it for "locks of love" for cancer victims. its all one length and comes to the center of my back. (3 more inches and they can have it, yea). not balding or gray, yea. i just lost some weight (240 down to 210) and feeling good. i want to lose about 20 more lbs., it's hard though with all the good food around here, lol. well i could keep ranting all day, but i'll go for now. i sure miss everyone and i'm glad to have found this site. ROLL TIDE!!!!!!
What up? Long time. Had a buddy of mine attend Word of Life up there in NY. Brought back pics of the falls. BEAUTIFUL!!! Envy you! The hair looks good. Trying to get wife to let me grow my hair back out, but she keeps saying that I need to grow up. Screw that!!! That's why I had kids. So I could keep acting like a kid using them as the excuse. Run thru Wal-Mart shooting cap guns, collecting HotWheels/Matchbox, watching cartoons, buying powertools to train my oldest son on how to use them, etc. Keep in touch.
Ok, it is funny how things hit you at the strangest times. I knew that I knew you but the whole Thomas and Tom thing was throwing me off. Suddenly, Tommy Cadille hit me and I absolutely remember you! I think I always thought of you as Tommy Cadille almost as one word but certainly by Tommy instead of Thomas or Tom.
I love the comments on the General Admission concerts. I really miss those times. And yes, I was/am good friends with Kelly Hartley. I do not get to see her much anymore but I was very close with her and her family and every blue moon will see them. Yes we both have that "pug" nose. I am hoping one day to have a nose job and be rid of mine. I am really tired of hearing people asking me when are we going skiing due to the ski slope effect. Ha!
I was just about to send you a reply again on my page. Sorry about that...
That tall girl had to be Shannon Antinoro. I do remember we had lunch together and are still friends to this day.
Funny you mention Motley Crue... That is still my all time favorite group. My husband always joke about that the only person that I would leave him for would be Nikki Sixx!! (No comment from me on that one. LOL).
Wow that concert was some years ago but believe it or not I have all of my ticket stubs from back in the day! Yes, sad but true I cherish my concert days. How about those General Admission days!!!
Yeah, "Taco" always stood out in my mind...plus, I knew Anna pretty well back then. This is pretty neat catching up with people on here. I have ran across so many....and some that I honestly forgot about. Not that they are any less important....but time does that to us all!
