I went to midfield through the 10th grade, I loved the school and all of my friends there, I wish everyday that I had stayed and graduated !!! I made sure my daughters graduated high school, and would not live with the regrets that I have.
I have two daughters and a son, that I am very proud of, and boy do they keep me busy !! We recently added a new member to our family, we have a grandaughter!! I once thought if I was a grandmother that would make me really old, but i have found that it dosen't make me feel old at all, it makes me feel great, and grateful that I have lived to see a grandchild of mine. It is a blessing to hold and love your grandchild.
I went to school in 2006 and learned how to do professional cake and pastry decorating, so I am really into that, and my business has grown, some days I have way more than I can do on my own, but I make it one way or another.
It has been really nice seeing everyones picture and reading the latest news that everyone has posted. It makes me feel more in touch, and brings back soooo many memories.
Thank You everybody !!
classic rock which includes many groups and singles, but I must say that Billy Joel, and Elton John hold a special place in my heart. I mostly listen to rock from the 70's and 80's.
Favorite TV Shows:

i recognise you now, you look a lot like your mother. and i know you looked familiar. the strongest memory i have of your mother , was when she got the lettuce bug in her system. i haven't ever been able to eat lettuce since then without washing it throughly and asking if it was washed well at a resturant. that was from left field, huh. and i did used to go to a lot of concerts. was one of my favorite past times. remember Yes well, was so pleased i could get to go even with my work schedule. those were the golden oldies!
Yes, life is better now but we have had alot of struggles. My husband had a two heartattacks and triple by pass surgery when I was seven months pregnant with my daughter. He was only 34. He has had a total of 3 heartattacks and doesn't take care of himself at all. He smokes like a chimney and eats what he wants but I have finally come to terms that you can't make someone change if they don't want to. We split up for awhile over it, but I still love him so we got back together.
Then my mother was diagnosed with cancer, and I took care of her until she died, which completely tore my world apart. This was within 2 years of everything happening with Alan. I worked during the day and stayed up with my mom at night. It broke me. I was a complete emotional wreck. But thank god, I had the most wonderful brother and sister. I don't think I would have made it without them.
But life is much better now, and I have learned not to sweat the small stuff so much. I would love to see you sometime! Maybe, I can plan a Saturday to meet you and have lunch or sometime. Well better get back to work. See ya.
Are you kidding? Its great to hear from you. I want to hear all about it. I had forgotten all about that boy on the fence Ha Ha. Thanks for reminding me of that. As for being paralegal/legal assistant, its ok but I really regret never being able to be a stay at home mom. But oh well, as for my 23 year marriage. Know the feeling when you love someone deeply and at the same time want to strangle them completely? I'm there. He really is a good guy, but drives me insane some times. Luckily my son (19) is still single and I hope it stays that way for a while. My daughter Chelsea is 14 and a really great girl. Your daughter is beautiful. So you are living in Oneonta, is that right? We live in Lakeview, right outside of Million Dollar Lakes in McCalla and I love it. I moved after the 10th grade and it broke my heart. I graduated from McAdory High School in 1983 and really caught hell being a Midfield girl. But that's okay. I survived.
