Hey Joe,
Your motivations can all be bartered for each other. So all you need is just one.
Let's reexamine Rev Watkins' motivations, shall we?

It's not a matter of manning up, it's just that the joke would seem disrespectful. I ain't.

PamelaPam, you are right.

Ohh, I want to make a joke here, but I just don't have the testicular fortitude to say it.

Greg,
I must admit...When Scooter paces...I am motivated to get up and let him out...and on these sub freezing mornings...I do get mad at him when he just wants to chase birds!

Joe David Lee,
Your list is probably true...I would question the order though. According to my old psychology classes...Hunger/thirst was always first...then sex...after those two things are fulfilled I guess one realizes you have to pay and therefore need money!

Motivations for me are the same as they are for all men. We're simple.
Ladies, this is what your husbands get up and go to work for (and you both know it, although he knows not to say it):
Money
Food
Sex.

Greg...that's part of giving and receiving love!

Desire to be the best I can be--both from a spiritual and an accomplishing standpoint.
Desire to make my parents and family proud of me.
Love--I agree with Pam--giving and receiving are the greatest experiences!

1. Anything dealing with the senses...smell, taste, touch, sight, sound
2. Accomplishments- Finishing projects and Celebrating success!
3. Love - Giving and Receiving
